When purchasing a property, a buyer must disclose to the seller if they are financing the property or paying cash (certified funds).
If you will be paying cash, we must submit a "proof of funds" with the offer. Normally, our buyers prefer to ask their bank or financial institution for a letter which specifies that they have adequate resources to purchase the property. Another alternative is to provide an account statement which shows the funds available.
If you will be financing the purchase, our Arizona contract requires a pre-qualification form to be completed by your lender. If you do not have currently have a lender, please let us know as we can provide you with some contacts that we work with on a regular basis who would be happy to answer your questions about financing.
